Designed as a party-sized pre-mixed that is bursting with essence of a holiday season, which makes it excellent for your festive gathering. Reserve the remaining citrus syrup you can use for morning drinks, puddings, or to mix another batch of bikinis.
Bikini Recipe
Makes enough for 10 servings
For the Clementine Syrup (yields 750ml)
300ml fresh clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
To make the Drink (yields 850ml, to serve 10)
400ml premium vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml citrus syrup (from the recipe above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Directions
Making the Cordial: Place the listed ingredients inside a pot, bring to a light boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Next, take off the burner and let it to reach room temperature entirely. Pour to a clean bottle, close it keeping it in the fridge, it can be stored for up to one month.
Preparing the Premix: Mix every spirits and syrup into one sizeable container, allow it to infuse for an hour, then filter it preferably using muslin, making it perfectly clear.
For serving: Measure 85ml of the premix into a stirring glass filled with ice, gently stirring gently for about 60 seconds to chill. Filter into a cold coupe glass or equivalent, garnish with some cranberries adding the final touch with a quick spritz of the essential oil over the top.
